Shipping Policy
Turnaround:
- All orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding major holidays where shipping carriers are closed)
- Any orders including hand sanitizer will have to be shipped ground only and may take a few extra days to reach you.
Carrier:
- We use USPS for our shipping partner. I tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your order has been fulfilled. You will also receive email notifications for the progress of your order's delivery. You may choose the option to sign up for text message notifications through the USPS website. Simply track your package through the link in your email and then add your phone number to the tracking number through the USPS site.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and should match exactly what you are charged vs what our postage costs us.
- We offer free shipping over $80! If you need to make a return, you will have to pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Backorders
- If you buy an item available for pre-sale along with other items that are ready to ship, we will ship out the portion of your order that is ready and mark your order partially fulfilled. The remainder of your purchase will ship out on the listed pre-sale shipping date.
